The Sterling Group was formed in March 20, 1992 and consolidated the ownership in a number of the subsidiary companies. The first of the subsidiary companies were formed in October and November 1986.

The Group provides strategic planning for all companies, as well as financial and administrative support. They have developed a unique business model that incorporates a custom software program (Sterling Operating System) with standard administrative tools and the application of their business skills and experience. This model utilizes separate companies to support the overall growth of the corporation.
